Tried my hand at a more complicated form. It is amazing how knotted one cord can be. Choose some starting point and trace the cord. You always turn the same direction and return to the same place.
Pastel chalks were used for the green and brown.
Photoshop Elements was used to change the color of the brown chalk to blue.
And lastly, this one.
Easy to get confused and twisted drawing these. It is easier once you get the hang of it.
Just a little fun with color and depth using chalk pastels.

The designs and artwork in Peru opened up interesting new possibilities for drawing. I like the geometric aspects and so played around with them in this scene. The sky, storms, the stars, sun, and moon are joined by floating massive blocks. The human figure stand in awe.
The drawing was scanned and opened in Photoshop Elements. There I added colors. It was easy to try out different color combinations and effects, undo them, and try others at will. The proportions of the image were selected to make it fit as my header image in facebook.
