A picture I saw recently on TV inspired this drawing. I wanted to play with depth of field and use charcoal pencils for darker blacks. Water color pencils completed the scene.

Hate to say this, but I’m sure there’s a food bank near you.
As a backup, I know of several. There is also a free lunch kitchen. We volunteer at it. It would be odd to be on the other side of the window. But, you do what you need to do.
To put it in perspective, think about how long it took Van Gogh to catch on. It may be awhile.
